Of course, any attempt to define the so called ‘culture’ of your own organisation is pretty much doomed to sound a tad pretentious. We fully realise that, at the end of the day it’s all about results – and that no amount of clever hyperbole is going to make a great deal of difference when the chips are down. (In fact, even trying to show off by using big words like hyperbole is quite likely only going to make you end up sounding a berk). – Ed
Anyway, that said, after endless agonizing debate, tantrums, tears and threats of industrial action or physical violence, we arrived at the following uneasy consensus as to what exactly it is that we are all trying to do / be here… we like to call these findings our ‘core brand values’ – we hope you like them.
Insight – Knowledge + experience = insight
Someone very important and clever once said that the key to success is making
good decisions. However, they quickly added that making good decisions requires
experience, and experience is very often gained by making poor decisions!
That’s a nice little anecdote, but it’s no way to run an
online marketing campaign.
True insight is gained by making many, many decisions across different sets
of circumstances, and learning from a vast array of experiences. This kind of
insight is what enables us to almost instinctively spot pitfalls before they
occur – and similarly, to rapidly spot unexploited opportunities.
Energy

Integrity
We are honest. We are not just yes people, as that is not what you are
paying us to be! We are challenging and at times provocative purely because
we want to get the best results for you, backed up by our experience and
knowledge. Of course you are the client and at the end of the day what you
say goes but it is our job to express our opinions as we are the experts
and that is what you are paying us for.
